03
They book their date
On the site, they choose their outing and slot, then enter the code at checkout.

Good to knowWhat we'd tell you on the phone

Valid for 12 months: From purchase, on every outing: canyoning, caving, via ferrata and climbing.
In one go or several: The balance stays on the code until it expires. If the outing costs more, the difference is paid by card.
A specific outing is still an amount: The card is worth the outing's price on the day of purchase. It can also be used for another activity.
Weather: Outing cancelled because of the weather: the amount goes back on the card, extended if needed.
Out of season: Departures open on request: they suggest a date, the guide opens it.
14 days to change your mind: As long as the card hasn't been used, it's fully refunded.
